２．取得するユーザー情報と目的

本アプリケーションで取得するユーザー情報と目的は以下のとおりです。 ■取得する情報 ローカル保存される情報(外部送信なし) ・ユーザーが閲覧・利用するコンテンツに関する情報 ・ユーザーが作成・記録したデータ(音声、テキスト、画像等を含む) ・ユーザーの学習・活動記録 ・アプリ設定情報およびユーザーの利用環境に関する情報 ※上記の情報は、すべてユーザーのデバイス内にのみ保存され、バックアップ等の目的でユーザーが操作を行う場合を除いて外部サーバーやクラウドに送信されることは一切ありません。 アプリ分析のために取得する情報 ・アプリ内での操作に関する情報(操作箇所や回数等) ・端末に関する情報(デバイスの種類、モデル、メーカー、OS、キャリア情報、IPアドレス、広告識別子等) ・広告に関する情報(表示場所、クリックの有無、閲覧回数、広告の製品またはサービスの利用状況等) ■利用目的 ・本アプリケーションが提供する各種機能の実現 ・ユーザーに最適化された広告の提供 ・パフォーマンス分析およびアプリケーションの改善 ・ユーザーへのサポートおよびサービス向上

３．取得方法

当アプリ提供者は、情報収集モジュールを内蔵した本アプリケーションにより、ユーザー情報を自動取得します。 なお、ユーザーが入力・作成した情報については、すべてユーザーのデバイス内のローカルストレージにのみ保存され、バックアップ等の目的でユーザーが操作を行う場合を除いて外部サーバーやクラウド、第三者に送信されることはありません。

４．通知・公表の方法・利用者関与の方法

（１）通知・公表 当アプリ提供者は、本ポリシーに関する通知・公表は本アプリケーションまたは当アプリ提供者のホームページに掲載する方法で行います。 （２）利用者関与の方法 ユーザー情報の取得は、本アプリケーションをアンインストールすることで中止することができます。また、アンインストールにより、ローカルストレージに保存された全てのユーザーデータも完全に削除されます。

５．外部送信・第三者提供・情報収集モジュール

（１）外部送信 ユーザーが本アプリケーションに入力・作成した情報は、外部サーバーに送信されることはありません。 アプリ分析および広告配信のために取得した情報については、当アプリ提供者が管理を委託するホスティング会社および情報収集モジュール提供者のサーバーに送信されます。 （２）第三者提供 当アプリ提供者は、取得したユーザー情報について、以下の場合第三者に提供することがあります。 ・統計的なデータなどユーザーを識別することができない状態で提供する場合 ・法令に基づき開示・提供を求められた場合 （３）情報収集モジュール 当アプリ提供者は、本アプリケーションに以下の情報収集モジュールを組み込みます。 ・情報収集モジュール名：Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, AdMob プライバシーポリシー：https://policies.google.com/privacy

６．データのセキュリティとバックアップ

本アプリは、ユーザーのデータを保護するため、以下のセキュリティ対策を講じています。 ・ローカルストレージでのデータ保存（ユーザーの操作による以外の外部サーバーへの送信なし） ・定期的なセキュリティ更新 ■OSレベルのバックアップについて 本アプリのデータは、デバイスのOS標準バックアップ機能（iOSのiCloudバックアップ、AndroidのGoogle Auto Backup等）の対象となる場合があります。これらはOSレベルの機能であり、ユーザーのOS設定に依存します。バックアップされたデータの取り扱いについては、各OSプラットフォームのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。 ・iOS: https://www.apple.com/jp/privacy/ ・Android: https://policies.google.com/privacy ユーザーは、自身の責任においてデータのバックアップを行うことを推奨します。

８．改定

当アプリ提供者は、当アプリ提供者の裁量に基づいて、本ポリシーを変更します。但し、取得するユーザー情報、利用目的、第三者提供に変更が発生した場合、本アプリケーションまたは当アプリ提供者のホームページで通知するとともに、本ポリシー変更後、本アプリケーションの初回起動時に改めてユーザーから同意を取得します。

3. Collection Method

The App Provider automatically collects User Information through this application, which includes information collection modules. All information entered and created by Users is stored only in the local storage on the User's device and is not transmitted to external servers, the cloud, or third parties except when the User performs operations for purposes such as backup.

(1) Notification and Publication The App Provider will provide notification and publication regarding this Policy through postings in this application or on the App Provider's website. (2) User Control Methods Collection of User Information can be stopped by uninstalling this application. Uninstalling will also completely delete all User data stored in local storage.

5. External Transmission, Third-Party Provision, and Information Collection Modules

(1) External Transmission Information entered and created by Users in this application is not transmitted to external servers. Information collected for app analytics and advertisement delivery is transmitted to servers of hosting companies and information collection module providers to which the App Provider entrusts management.
